VILLA VUE 180° MONTAGNE

  • We rent out our holiday home. This pretty 150m² villa is situated on the flat of the village with a 180° view of the mountains, the chapel of La Salette and the Madeloc tower. It has several outdoor areas to make the most of the sun and climate (large west-facing terrace with garden furniture, large long balcony, dining area under a pergola and Mediterranean garden). There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a study area, 2 shower rooms, 3 WCs and a walk-in shower. Lounge, dining room, kitchen....

    The house also has a closed garage (where you can leave your car and bikes) and a private parking space in front of the house.
    The shops, beach and port are just 300 metres away, all within walking distance.
    The SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away.
    The bus stop for the coastal villages, particularly Collioure, is at the end of the street.
    Kayaks and paddles (with lifejackets) are available.
