On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Cru Collioure appellation, an exceptional event will take place in Banyuls on Thursday, October 07 at Bartissol Hall!
14 chefs Toques Blanches du Roussillon and 21 winemakers have concocted sublime food and wine pairings.

Friday, October 08: from 3pm to 8pm and official opening animated by the Aïoli Beach banda at 6pm.
Saturday, October 09: from 10am to 9pm
Sunday, October 10: from 10am to 5pm
More than 10 winemakers of the Cru Banyuls Collioure come out of their cellars and come to you, central beach, to make you taste more than a hundred vintages! Come and meet them, come and discover these men and women who are passionate about their profession and their land.
To be able to taste you will have to have the book of tasting coupons on sale at the Tourist Office at 15€ = 15 tasting coupons. Each tasting glass corresponds to 1, 2 or 3 coupons depending on the wine tasted among the Collioure, Banyuls and Banyuls Grand Cru that will be offered.
Please note that these tasting coupons will be accepted in the cellars of the winemakers mentioned on the booklet.

A word from the Mayor
Vendanges en fête is the result of a desire.
That of the winegrowers and the city to put at the heart of the festival the promotion of quality wines produced on the Cru Banyuls-Collioure.
Without denying the friendly and festive spirit that has animated the town on the second weekend of October for more than 20 years now, it seemed obvious to reinforce the winegrowers’ part of the festival.
Thus, for the first year, a winegrower’s village will be set up on the central beach from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 October. Composed of a dozen “casots”, this village will bring together the majority of the estates and cooperative wineries of the Cru. There, you will be able to appreciate the diversity and the quality of the wines presented by the winemakers who produce them.
A Palais des Terroirs, on Thursday, October 7, at the Bartissol hall is organized jointly by the Syndicat des Vignobles de la Côte Vermeille and the Toques Blanches du Roussillon. The best chefs of the department will propose a unique marriage between their cuisine and the wines of the region.
