CASA BLANCA - NÉNU VIN DE DEUX MAINS was born in 2020 from the combination of two estates, Domaine de la Casa Blanca, one of the oldest of the Banyuls and Collioure crus - it dates back to the 1870s - and Nénu - Vin de deux mains, born in 2017. Rasmus Olesen and Hervé Levano work their vines organically on around seven hectares of terraced plantations and old vines, using winch and rototiller ploughing and mown grass. All the wines are vinified by hand, using local yeasts (indigenous yeasts). With the exception of moderate doses of sulphur, no oenological inputs are used.
Open by appointment.
During school holidays, the estate is open from 3.30pm to 6.30pm and in the mornings in July and August.
