La Guinelle Vinegar Factory

Installed in the open air, the wine barrels wait patiently for nature to do its work, according to an exclusively natural process of acetic fermentation. Natural, without stirring or addition of bacteria, it allows to preserve the aromas of the wine, those which will make a tasty wine vinegar. Today, La Guinelle is the only company in France to produce all of its vinegars using this traditional method of making wine vinegar under a veil of bacteria, known as the Orleanaise method.

The visit ends with a tasting of vinegars, each one better than the other, with associations that only Nathalie has the secret of… But that she will gladly give you!
