Certified as a spa well-being technician since 2017 and an art therapist, I help people achieve a deeper sense of well-being through a holistic approach involving massage, art therapy, meditation, yoga and energy harmonisation.
I use Altearah products, made in France, which are environmentally friendly and combine aromatherapy, chromotherapy, olfactotherapy and touch to help you really let go.

I work at home, in companies (Amma-assis) and now in my practice at 2 rue de la Rode in Banyuls-sur-Mer.
