11:30am: Tio de Nadal offered by the Foment de la Sardana in the gourmet village.
In traditional Catalan fashion, the tio (wooden log) wearing the baratina (traditional Catalan headdress) brings treats when children tap him on the back with a stick while singing.
12:00: Ugliest Christmas jumper competition
Come and parade through the gourmet village alone, as a couple, a duo, with friends, in a group, with your pets... and your ugliest Christmas jumper.

Departure at 3.30pm: "Le manège aux écureuils" (The squirrel merry-go-round) by the Compagnie Les Enjoliveurs.
Route: Salle Novelty > Esplanade du front de mer.
5.00pm: Father Christmas arrives in a Catalan boat in the Bay of Banyuls, accompanied by the rem llaguts of the Aviron Banyulenc (weather permitting) and his procession of reindeer and elves handing out sweets.
