Dancer and now director Diego Artavia Jiménez soon joined the project and developed the group's repertoire.
The group's name, which means 'dreams and seeds', perfectly illustrates the dancers' desire to 'leave' their roots and develop their ideals through a love of their country's customs and traditions.
The show is a mix of traditional dances from the centre of the country, salsa from the coast and traditional choreography from the more rural areas.
Their programme, choreographed by Diego Artavia, offers a wide range of dances enhanced by the precision of the musicians and the shimmering costumes.
With around forty members, the group has performed on a number of occasions in Costa Rica, France, Belgium, Holland.... and many Latin American countries.
The group has already taken part in numerous tours, winning over audiences with their enthusiasm, their desire to party and the quality of their show.
They'll be back in Europe with a vengeance.
