The musicians don't just play a fascinating programme of Bach and Piazzolla, they also talk about it with humour and complicity. The expressive resources of Guillaume Hodeau's bandoneon, the melodic language of David Louwerse's cello and the carnal rhythm of Renaud Bary's double bass fuel a fascinating dialogue between Baroque rigour and the effervescence of Argentine tango. David Louwerse has been nominated for the 2025 Victoires de la musique awards.
