Very bright 45 m² flat, located in a small apartment building on level -2, with a large 40 m² terrace. It comprises an entrance hall, a separate fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, an air-conditioned living room (with sofa bed for up to 6 people), two bedrooms with cabins and a brand-new bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The two bedroom cabins have a 140x190 bed (2 pillows and undersheets provided). The first has a window overlooking the garden. Household linen is not provided (sheets, pillowcases and towels). Ideally located, the flat is 5 to 10 minutes' walk from the centre and the beach, 6 minutes from the SNCF station, and close to all shops, restaurants, cafés and the market (Thursday and Sunday mornings). Conditions: deposit of €300. Cleaning to be carried out before departure (hoover, dishes put away, sanitary facilities cleaned). Arrival at 2pm - departure at 10am Weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
