During this workshop, the Etoile winegrowers invite you on a visual and sensory journey through the Banyuls vineyards.
The session will begin with a visual journey: a film retracing the saga of these extreme winegrowers on these terraces plunging into the Mediterranean.
You'll gain a better understanding of the influence of climate, soil and relief on the quality of the great wines of Banyuls.
The tasting will then reveal the diversity of Banyuls de l'Etoile (the only winery to collect vintages for a century).
Each of you will choose your own.
