Article 1. : The wearing of a protective mask is mandatory for all persons aged eleven years or older in the following places and/or activities:
– the surroundings of nurseries, schools, colleges and high schools, at the time of entry and exit of classes ;
– open-air markets, flea markets and garage sales;
– covered and uncovered sports grounds (the obligation does not concern the players);
– the surroundings of railway or bus stations, the waiting areas of public transport (bus shelters), the public access area of the airport of Perpignan-Rivesaltes;
– the surroundings of places of worship at the time of ceremonies and services;
– gatherings, including demonstrations of a protest or festive nature;
– places where there is a concentration of people, in particular queues and areas with high tourist or commercial traffic (shopping streets or busy pedestrian areas);
– and more generally, when a particular event generates a large flow of people or a grouping of people that does not allow the physical distancing measure required under article 1 of the above-mentioned decree of June 1, 2021 to be respected.
Article 2. : The wearing of a mask is also mandatory for any person aged eleven years in places and / or during activities for which access is subject to the presentation of the health pass in application of the provisions of Article 47-1-V of the decree of June 1 above.
Article 3: The obligation to wear the mask provided for in this order does not apply :
– to people with disabilities provided with a medical certificate justifying this exemption and who implement the sanitary measures called barriers ;
– to activities that are clearly not compatible with this rule (exercise of a physical and sports activity, catering, consumption at the bar).
Article 4: This order is applicable immediately and until Friday, December 17, 2021 inclusive.
