France Services is a new model for access to public services. It aims to enable every citizen to access public services and to be welcomed in a single place by trained and available people to carry out administrative procedures.
In partnership with the CAF, the CPAM, the MSA, the DGFIP, the Carsat, the Pôle emploi, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of the Interior (Prefecture), it combines a physical reception for 1st level information and/or digital support.
It also offers two self-service computer stations and the possibility of scanning documents.
