Quietly situated on the heights of the historic Cap d'Osne district, the villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac, 5 minutes' walk from the centre, Les Elmes beach and the station.

Spacious living room, kitchen and WC on the ground floor, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, WC and bathroom on the first floor. Garage and parking space.

The living room opens onto a bay window and terrace offering a permanent view of the vineyards, mountains and sea. The terrace is equipped with very comfortable armchairs for relaxing and enjoying an aperitif or a meal. The location is ideal, close to the 2 most beautiful beaches and just 5 minutes from the main square via the narrow streets typical of the region.

You have access to all the facilities as well as a small courtyard with a tumble dryer and a tap to rinse your clothes.
Linen is not provided by default, but a linen option (sheets, bath towel and tea towel) is available (€15 per person).
Arrival is self-catering with a key box.
