MÉDITATION AVEC BOLS TIBÉTAINS - ÉTÉ

In the open air in front of the Arago laboratory

Sound-based meditation, a great vibratory journey, letting go! There's nothing to do, just breathe deeply and let yourself be filled by the sound of the bowls and the sacred sounds I sing. Collective Tibetan medicine treatment to heal the chakras: 1/ energy cleansing and balancing 2/ elimination of negative forces and protection.

Subtle work on the etheric body. I invite you to come and release your stress and balance your energy in order to optimise your health. It's also an opportunity to relax intelligently, combining the useful with the pleasurable! At the beginning of the session, we do breathing exercises with the subtle channels to better receive the vibrations and let go of the mind (reducing the main mental poisons: anger, illusion, desires/attachments).

Thursday 10 July 2025: Meditation with Tibetan bowls for the full moon.
Thursday 24 July 2025: Meditation with Tibetan Bowls for the New Moon.
Friday 1 August 2025: Meditation with Tibetan Bowls for Medicine Buddha Day.
Saturday 9 August 2025: Meditation with Tibetan Bowls for the Full Moon.
Sunday 17 August 2025: Meditation with the Tibetan Bowls : Auspicious Element Combination that brings Happiness : Earth-Water.
