– Guignol, free, place Paul Reig. 3pm: face painting stand; 3:30pm: show.
– The Veillées d’antan offer you : Readings aloud by readers of the Veillées d’antan accompanied by the Trio Sarabande on the theme of animals. 8:30 pm, Town Hall. Free admission. Sanitary pass.
Sunday, December 19:
– Official opening of the Gourmet Village from 11:30 am with the band Els Tirons.
– Advent concert with Jean-Luc Vicente The accordionist, 17:30, St. John the Baptist Church, free admission.
Monday, December 20:
– Battle Archery, free animation for teens (from 10 years old) and adults, from 14h to 17h, central beach (gym if bad weather), proposed by the Committee of festivals.
The Battle Archery que es aixo?! It is a fun activity, as much for children as adults, in the same spirit as paintball, but with bows and arrows with foam tips that can not hurt. Two teams of 1 to 6 players compete on an outdoor field.
– Karaoke night at Jordi’s Skating Rink Gourmet Village! From 19:00 in front of the Tourist Office. Organized by the Skating rink of Jordi and Ascension Flamenca.
Tuesday, December 21: Giant wooden games, from 14h to 17h. Free, esplanade of the waterfront.
Wednesday, December 22: Afternoon special cartoons at Jordi’s Rink! Come dressed up! Organized by Jordi’s Skating Rink and Ascension Flamenca, from 2 to 5 pm.
Thursday, December 23:
– Awarding of prizes for the Great Christmas Game of the UCAB (Union of Merchants and Artisans of Banyuls), 14:30, Hall Mairie.
– Blood donation from 14h to 18h, Novelty room.

Waiting for Santa
Friday, December 24:
– From 11:00 : at the gourmet village, offered by El Foment de la sardana, central beach: “Tió de Nadal” (Christmas log).
In the Catalan tradition, children beat a wooden log singing the “Caga Tió” so that it offers some small surprises. “Tio, Tio, Caga turro, no caguis arengades, que son salades, caga torrons que son molt bons”.
– 12:00 : Contest for the ugliest Christmas sweater, organized by the Festival Committee, at the gourmet village central beach. Additional information: 2 categories: Children up to 12 years / Adults. Possibility to parade alone, in duo or group.
– From 3:30 pm (originally scheduled for 4:00 pm) : downtown: Strolling and street show “Pacchy, the elephant dance” with the Company Les Enjoliveurs (circuit: Novelty > room; esplanade of the sea front).
– 17:00 : Arrival of Santa Claus by the sea in a Catalan boat (depending on weather conditions), Santa’s procession to the Gourmet Village of Jordi’s Rink with distribution of sweets and drinks.
Saturday, December 25: Big Christmas rifle by the associations Mar i Munt and L’Ouranole, 3:00 pm, Novelty hall.
Sunday, December 26 :
– Rifle of yesteryear in multiplex in the bars-cafés of the village, 15:00, organized by the Committee of Festivals.
– Free animation Chamboultou of children from 15h to 16:30 in the gourmet village of the Patinoire de Jordi, activity proposed by the producer of olive oil Olivier Borrat.
Sunday 26, Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 December :
– Demonstration and introduction to line dancing (country) at 12pm and 5:30pm at the Jordi Skating Rink gourmet village, activity offered by olive oil producer Olivier Borrat.
– Quiz around the olive oil in the gourmet village of the Patinoire de Jordi, activity proposed by the olive oil producer Olivier Borrat.
Monday, December 27 :

– Introduction to olive oil tasting workshop from 3 to 4 pm, at the gourmet village of Jordi’s Patinoire, activity offered by the olive oil producer Olivier Borrat.
Monday, December 27: Animated and educational visit of an olive grove in the hinterland by the producer Olivier Borrat. Discovery of authentic olive oils, original oil preparations, visit to the mill and oil bar. Free of charge, meeting at 3pm at the Mas Reig oil mill. Reservation required at the Tourist Office at 04.68.88.31.58 at the latest the day before.
Tuesday, December 28 :
– Christmas Boom with artificial snow cannon for young and old on the theme “Detail Ski” (hat, gloves, wetsuit, après-ski … to your imagination!) around the Jordi Skating Rink, 14:00 to 17:00. Organized by the Festival Committee.
– Taste workshop for children from 3:00 to 4:30 pm and aioli competition from 5:00 to 6:00 pm in the gourmet village of the Jordi Ice Rink, activities proposed by the olive oil producer Olivier Borrat.

Friday, December 31 : Come celebrate December 31 with friends, family, duo, solo …! Musical entertainment around the chalets of the Gourmet Village and Jordi’s Skating Rink from 11:30 am and then from 19:00 pm evening entertainment by DJ Jerome Reig, in front of the Tourist Office.
Saturday, January 1: Great New Year’s rifle by the associations Mar i Munt and L’Ouranole, 16:00, Novelty room.
Sunday, January 02:
– Festa de Cap d’any in collaboration with the Foment de la sardana, Ascension Flamenca and the City. From 15:00. Sardanes and galette des rois esplanade of the sea front. Arrival of the Three Wise Men in the esplanade and in the Gourmet Village of the Patinor de Jordi.
– Closing of the Gourmet Village with a concert of the Duo Mr & Mrs Marvel (vintage pop rock 60’s-70’s), from 11:30 am.
– Free animation around Lego© proposed by Brick66, from 2pm to 5pm, Village gourmand de la Patinoire de Jordi (in case of bad weather Jean Jaurès room – Town Hall garden).
