LES COLLIOURE
Wine by controlled
naming by origin (A.O.C)
These wines are either red or rose. Collioure are aromatic wines with a rich taning flawor. They are silky and strong.

Collioure Rouge: deserve a guard of 3 or 4 years before expressing higly spiced, peppery and liquoricy flawor.

Collioure Rosé : rare wine with character, litheness and a great aromatic force.		    

BANYULS AND
BANYULS GRAND CRU

Natural sweet wine guarante vintage.

Grenache is the basis vintage used to make these wines. Wines are different because of the age and the technical breeding mode.
They can be rich in golden, garnet, ruby, tily, mahogany or brown cafe reflection. An extraordinary palette of taste remember crystallized and dry fruits, nuts, liquorice, peel of orange, moka, cocoa...

 These are naturally sweet wines (Vins Doux Naturels) produced using the Arnau de Vianova method. The colour depends on the ageing process and there are dry, sweet and demi-sec varieties
